After catching your fish Bill can teach you how to fillet the fish, then how to cook it either on the barbeque (which is provided for all to use) or steamed. The lodge is available for Lodge parties for those who want to make a night of it. Bill can arrange diving trips, open water diving ticket, snorkelling, spear fishing or paua diving.
